My husband, Charles, and I founded The Cruise Company in December 1988.  We experienced several cruises ourselves and knew what a wonderful value they were.  We wanted to take our experiences and work with others to enable them to discover the wonderful benefits of a cruise vacation.  Before we ever opened an office, we invested countless hours into training ourselves and our staff to become the most knowledgeable cruise counselors in the area! 
 

When we opened our first office in the Standard Building in downtown Cleveland, Ohio, The Cruise Company was one of the first cruise-oriented agencies in the country.  Due to our desire to reach a broader client base, two and a half years later, in June of 1991, we opened our second office in Brecksville, Ohio.  Since that time it has become our primary office, where clients can walk in, sit down in our comfortable living room setting, view one of our numerous videos, and book their dream cruise vacation.

We have continued our commitment to furthering our education by:

• Working towards our Master Cruise Counselor degree
• Myself, and my staff, attend several national travel conventions each year where we have an opportunity to meet with cruise line officials and other industry leaders
• In addition, we meet monthly with local representatives of all the major cruise lines.
